APRIL CHALLENGE: WEEK 2

It’s Week 2 of Running with MML and this week your challenge is to move 5,000 steps every day for a week. The national lockdown and busy working from home schedules has meant that it's not always easy to get out of the house, but getting outside in nature and moving your body has so many benefits! Whether it’s first thing in the morning, a lunch time stroll or when you finish work, let’s get those steps in!

This week’s challenge will run from 19th – 25th April. Winner will be announced on 26th April.
